HELP CENTER

Only one account per user is permitted. Please use the 'Forgot Password' feature to recover your password.

If you cannot remember your email address or username, please reach out to us for support.

Don't panic! You can request a new password by clicking on the "Forgot password" button when trying to log in.

Please ensure your account email has been verified.

Although the login prompt may indicate an incorrect password, the issue may be related to an unvalidated registered email address.

Upon account creation, please view your email inbox/spam folders for our email verification email.

Once the email is verified, you can enter your regular login password, or request that a reset password mail is sent to your registered BCPoker inbox.

If your registered email is verified and a password still is not working, please contact support who provide a prompt manual password to circumvent the wider problem.
